Abstract: These final regulations will clarify how the Social Security Administration evaluates a person's work activity. These regulations also will increase the monthly earnings amount that constitutes services for trial work period purposes and change the rules to allow the value of any subsidy or impairment-related work expenses to be deducted in determining that monthly earnings amount. These regulations also reflect statutory changes with respect to the trial work period and the re-entitlement period. | |
