Abstract: This rule amends the Immigration and Naturalization Service regulations to expand the jurisdiction for all the Asylum Offices to include the State of Hawaii and the Territory of Guam. Asylums claims filed by people residing in the State of Hawaii and the Territory of Guam will no longer be handled by the San Francisco Asylum Office. | |
