Title: Commercial Passenger-Carrying Operations in Single Engine Aircraft Under Instrument Flight Rules
Abstract: This rule revises and clarifies certain conditions and limitations in part 135 for instrument flight rules (IFR), passenger-carrying operations in single-engine aircraft. The clarification was necessary to resolve ambiguity in the current rule over the requirement for redundant power for gyroscopic instrumentation.
