Title: NESHAP: Oil and Natural Gas Production and Natural Gas Transmission and Storage | |
Abstract: Hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) known to be emitted from oil and gas production, storage, and transmission facilities include benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, and xylene isomers (collectively referred to as BTEX), along with 2,2,4-trimethylpentane and n-hexane. Potential HAP emission sources are glycol dehydrator reboilers (stand-alone and co-located); condensate storage vessels; and equipment leaks at natural gas processing plants. | |
