Title: Implementation of the Shark Finning Prohibition Act 
Abstract: This proposed rule would implement the Shark Finning Prohibition Act. This act provides that no person under U.S. jurisdiction may engage in shark finning at sea; possess shark fins without corresponding carcasses; or land shark fins without corresponding carcasses.
