Anticipated Costs and Benefits: First year administrative costs are projected not to exceed $1.5 million. Subsequent year costs are projected not to exceed $6 million annually. It is estimated that this project will produce first-year program savings of $22 million. When fully implemented, it is estimated that program savings will be $85 million annually. |
