Title: National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP); Assistance to Private Sector Property Insurers 
Abstract: This proposed rule would amend the Financial Assistance/Subsidy Arrangement between FEMA and the private sector insurers that sell and service flood insurance regarding the rules pertaining to when FEMA is responsible for litigation costs and when the insurers are responsible. It would also clarify issues of jurisdiction and choice of law when the insurers are sued and make some other changes to the Arrangement.
