Title: ●Disclosure of State Unemployment Compensation Wage Record Information 
Abstract: The Employment and Training Administration of the Department of Labor (Department) proposes a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) to amend 20 CFR part 603 to implement section 303 (a)(6) of the Social Security Act (SSA). That section of the SSA requires that a state’s UC law provide for the “making of such reports, in such form and containing such information, as the Secretary of Labor may from time to time require.” The NPRM would interpret this language to require that in addition to information already reported for its purposes the state UC agencies must provide confidential information instate wage reports for purposes of measuring the performance of programs and initiatives administered by the Department, its grantees, or subgrantees.
