Title: Disabled Veterans Documentation 
Abstract: The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing final regulations regarding documentation required for non-competitive temporary and term appointments, and for conversions of 30 percent or more disabled veterans from non-permanent to permanent appointments. The purpose of this change is to provide consistency with the policy implemented by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
