Title: ●Safeguarding Shipments of Spent Fuel [NRC-2009-0163] 
Abstract: The proposed rule would amend the Commission's regulations by revising the security (physical protection) requirements that are designed to provide reasonable assurance of preventing the theft or diversion of spent fuel shipments. The revisions will codify the security requirements that were developed subsequent to the September 11, 2001, attacks.
