Title: Safeguarding Shipments of Spent Fuel [NRC-2009-0163] 
Abstract: The proposed rule would amend the Commission's regulations by revising the security (physical protection) requirements that are designed to provide reasonable assurance of preventing the theft, diversion, or radiological sabotage of spent fuel shipments. The proposed rule would establish and update generically applicable security requirements similar to those previously imposed by the Commission’s orders issued after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
