Title: Hazardous Materials: Combustible Liquids
Abstract: This rulemaking would invite public comments on the regulations for the transportation of combustible liquids and whether the HMR should harmonized domestic regulations with international standards. Additionally, ways would be examined to revise, clarify or relax certain regulatory requirements to facilitate the transportation of combustible liquids while maintaining an adequate level of safety.
