Title: ●Process for Review of Swaps for Mandatory Clearing 
Abstract: The Wall Street Transparency and Accountability Act of 2010, requires the Commission to adopt rules for a derivatives clearing organization’s submission for review of a swap, or group, category, type, or class of swaps, that it seeks to accept for clearing for a determination by the Commission as to whether the swap, or group, category, type, or class of swaps, is required to be cleared.
