Title: ●Agency Office of the Inspector General (DFARS Case 2011-D006)
Abstract: This rule amends the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to make some administrative corrections relating to the DFARS clause 252.203-7003, Agency Office of the Inspector General. This rule adds the clause title to the clause prescription at DFARS 203.1004 It also provides the address of the DoD Office of the Inspector General to the list of contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or Executive orders applicable to DoD acquisitions of commercial items (DFARS 252.212-7001). This final rule does not constitute a significant FAR revision as defined at FAR 1.501-1 because this rule will not have a significant cost or administrative impact on contractors or offerors, or a significant effect beyond the internal operating procedures of the Government. Therefore, publication for public comment under 41 U.S.C. 1707 is not required.
