Title: ●Assignment of Order Code (DFARS Case 2011-D004) 
Abstract: This rule amends the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to specify Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy, Program Development and Implementation, as the office responsible for maintaining order code assignments. DPAP policy letter dated September 21, 2010, replaced the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) with Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy, Program Development and Implementation, as the responsible office for the maintenance of all order code assignments for use in the first two positions of an order number when an activity places an order against another activity's contract or agreement. As a result of revising this subpart, the DLA order code monitor office needs to be updated, and an administrative correction made for the address of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Procurement). As a result of these changes, DFARS 204.7005, Assignment of order codes, is being revised. This rule does not constitute a significant FAR revision within the meaning of 41 U.S.C. 1701 and FAR 1.501 and does not require publication for public comment.
