Title: ●Well Stimulation Approval
Abstract: This proposed rule would require disclosure of the components used in hydraulic fracturing fluids. Additionally, the rule would remove the undefined terms of "routine" and "non-routine" hydraulic fracturing in the current regulation, and require the operator to submit information that will allow the BLM to confirm wellbore integrity before, during, and at the conclusion of the stimulation operation. The rule also would require the operator to self-certify that the fluids to be used comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
