Title: ●Amendments to the HUD Acquisition Relation (HUDAR) (FR-5571) 
Abstract: This proposed rule would amend the HUDAR to implement miscellaneous changes. These changes include such amendments as removing provisions that are now obsolete, refining provisions to approve requests for deviation from the HUDAR, updating provisions that address the organizational structure of HUD, adding provisions on contractor record retention, and adding a new part 2423 that would address environmental and energy services, to name some of the amendments proposed to be made by this rule.
