Abstract: The proposed rule would amend the Commission's medical use regulations in part 35 as requested in the Division of Materials Safety and State Agreements user need memos, consider training and experience requirements requested in Petition for Rulemaking, PRM-35-20, and revise preceptor attestation requirements. The NRC is planning to merge this proposed rule with RIN 3150-AI26, "Medical Use of Byproduct Material-Amendments/Medical Event Definition" [NRC-2008-0071] as per Commission direction in the Staff Requirements Memorandum dated August 13, 2012, to SECY-12-0053. | |
