Title: Revision of Freedom of Information Act Regulation (FR-5624) 
Abstract: This rule would amend HUD's regulations implementing the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). HUD updates and streamlines HUD's current FOIA regulation. This rule would update HUD's regulations to reflect statutory changes to FOIA, current HUD organizational structure, and current HUD policies and practices with respect to FOIA. Finally, the rule uses current cost figures in calculating and charging fees.
