Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Northern Long-Eared Bat 
Abstract: FWS will make a final listing determination regarding the northern long-eared bat. The northern long-eared bat is found in much of the eastern and central United States, and small portions of the western United States (38 States). Critical habitat is addressed as a separate rulemaking action, under RIN 1018-AZ62.
