Title: ●Medications Copayment Freeze for 2015 | |
Abstract:
The interim final rule will freeze pharmacy copayment rates for all veterans at their current levels. VA has authority under 38 USC 1722A to establish copayment rates for veterans through regulations, which VA has promulgated at 38 CFR 17.110. VA can establish cost certainty for veterans and make VA a more attractive option for veterans in need of health care by maintaining rates at the same level. This change is expected to be well-supported by veterans and the public. |
