Abstract:
The Department of the Interior, through the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management and Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement, will consider public comments in response to the proposed rule and develop a final rule to promote safe, responsible, and effective drilling activities on the Arctic Outer Continental Shelf, while also ensuring the protection of Alaska's coastal communities and the marine environment. |
