Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Bi-State Distinct Population Segment of the Greater Sage-Grouse | |
Abstract:
On October 28, 2013, we proposed to list the bi-state distinct population segment (DPS) of the greater sage-grouse as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act, with a section 4(d) rule. In this action, we will make a final listing determination for the species. The range of the bi-State sage-grouse is in portions of western Nevada and California. We address critical habitat under RIN 1018-AZ70. |
