Title: Procedures for Establishing That an American Indian Group Exists as an Indian Tribe 
Abstract:

This rule will revise procedures for Indian Affairs' review of applications for Federal recognition as an Indian tribe to incorporate procedures currently in practice, but documented only by guidance, and will make other changes necessary to reduce regulatory burden and increase transparency.
