DOJ/PARCOM RIN: 1104-AA02 Publication ID: Spring 2015
Title: Revising the Reparole Guidelines for Releasing Parole Violators
Abstract: The Parole Commission is considering amending its guidelines for determining how much prison time a parole or supervised release visitor should serve for violations of release conditions. The amendments would likely reduce prison time for violators who only committed non-criminal violations (such as failing to notify the supervision officer of a change in residence) or drug use.
