Title: Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS)  
Abstract:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) invited public comment on an advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) for potential revisions to the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) regulations. DHS believes this ANPRM provided expanded opportunities for DHS to hear and consider the views of interested members of the public on their recommendations for possible program changes. DHS intends to publish a notice of proposed rulemaking after considering the public comments received on the ANPRM.
