Title: Standards of Performance for Greenhouse Gas Emissions From New, Modified, and Reconstructed Stationary Sources: Electric Utility Generating Units 
Abstract:

This rulemaking is being combined with the Carbon Pollution Standards for Modified and Reconstructed Stationary Sources: Electric Utility Generating Units, RIN 2060-AR88. Once combined, this final rule will establish the first new source performance standards for greenhouse gas emissions.  This rule will establish carbon dioxide (CO2) emission standards for certain new fossil fuel-fired electric generating units.
