Title: NASA FAR Supplement: Revise, Update, Reissue NASA FAR Supplement No. 2 
Abstract:

This Rule represents phase two in a comprehensive rewrite of the NASA FAR Supplement (NFS). The rewrite will accomplish basic administrative cleanup of document, correct numbering inconsistencies, incorporate guidance currently existing outside of the NFS, add new policy, and delete outdated policy. The effort will also identify opportunities for efficiencies and streamlining and include changes accordingly. A goal is to lessen the regulatory burden on the public.
