Title: Reassessment of Exposure to Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Fields Limits and Policies; (ET Docket No. 13-84)
Abstract:

The Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (Further NPRM) focuses on specific proposals to the Commission's RF safety rules not acted upon in the Report and Order (Order) in this proceeding that have either been raised or have evolved significantly since the NPRM, 68 FR 52879, September 8, 2003. In the Further NPRM, the Commission's intent is to appropriately protect the public without imposing an undue burden on industry, and it seeks comment on the costs and benefits related to this issue in its proposals. For each cost or benefit addressed, the Commission asks that commenters provide specific data and information such as actual or estimated dollar figures, including a description of how the data or information was calculated or obtained and any supporting documentation. Vague or unsupported assertions regarding costs or benefits generally will be less persuasive than the more specific and supported statements.
