Title: Geologic Repository Operations Area (GROA) Fitness-For-Duty Requirements [NRC-2009-0089]
Abstract: The proposed rule would amend the Commission's regulations to reinstate the alcohol and drug provisions of the fitness-for-duty requirements to a GROA. The rulemaking would also impose fatigue provisions on security personnel at a GROA. Due to budget constraints in the High-Level Waste program, this proposed rule is deferred until a later date.
