Abstract:
The U.S. EPR Design Certification rule will amend the Commission’s regulations to part 52 by issuing a new appendix for the initial certification of the U.S. EPR standard plant design. Applicants or licensees intending to construct and operate a nuclear power plant using the U.S. EPR design may do so by referencing this design certification rule. |
