Title: Emergency Action to Implement Commercial and Recreational Possession Limits for Blueline Tilefish 
Abstract: This temporary rule implemented commercial and recreational possession limits for blueline tilefish in the U.S. Atlantic Exclusive Economic Zone north of the jurisdiction of the South Atlantic Fishery Management Council (Virginia/North Carolina border) where the species was unregulated. The temporary measures were put in place to constrain harvest rates while the Councils develop a long-term solution for the management of this stock.
