Abstract:

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is a new Agency within the Department of Defense (DoD). This publication proposes to establish policy, assign responsibilities, and prescribe procedures for the DHA Privacy Program. It also establishes provisions for exemptions that will affect DHA system of records notices (SORNs).
