Title: Chartering and Field of Membership Manual--Associational Common Bond 
Abstract:

NCUA proposed to amend the associational common bond provisions of its chartering and field of membership rules in April 2014 to ensure compliance with membership requirements for associations and to provide some regulatory relief. The comment period on that proposal also closed in 2014. NCUA considered the public comments and finalized the rule in April 2015.
