Title: Test Procedures for High-Intensity Discharge Lamps 
Abstract:

The Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA) requires the Secretary to create test procedures for high-intensity discharge (HID) lamps upon a determination that standards for HID lamps are technologically feasible and economically justified, and would result in significant energy savings.  Because DOE determined that standards for HID lamps were not technologically feasible or economically justified, DOE did not finalize test procedures for HID lamps.
