Title: Volunteer Discrimination Complaint Procedure | |
Abstract:
The Peace Corps is considering promulgation of its own regulations regarding the Volunteer Discrimination Complaint Procedure to replace the current cross-reference to the former ACTION's regulations applicable to Peace Corps Volunteers, which appear in CFR part 1225. Peace Corps believes modifying its rules would allow potential complaint filers to more conveniently access the Peace Corps complaint procedures if they are directly in the Peace Corps regulations. |
