Title: ●Framework Action to Make Administrative Changes to the Bycatch Reduction Device Testing Manual for the Shrimp Fisheries of the Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic Region
Abstract: The proposed rule would inform the public of administrative and editorial changes to the Bycatch Reduction Device Testing Manual in accordance with the framework procedure established in the Fishery Management Plan for the Shrimp Fishery of the Gulf of Mexico, U.S. Waters. In general, these changes include: removal of outdated or obsolete data forms currently appended to the Bycatch Reduction Device Testing Manual, and all reference to those forms in the body of the text; and non-substantive revisions to text intended to increase clarity and understanding of several procedural steps outlined in the Bycatch Reduction Device Testing Manual.
