Title: The DoD Civilian Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program  
Abstract:

This rule is being published to revise 32 CFR part 191 concerning the DoD Civilian Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program. This rule provides civilian employees and applicants for civilian employment the necessary policies and procedures to protect themselves against any discrimination based upon race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age (40 or older), disability, genetic information or reprisal, marital status, sexual orientation, status as a parent, political affiliation, or other prohibited non-merit factors. This rule provides policies and procedures for DoD civilian employees or applicants for civilian employment to follow who believe that they have been discriminated against in the workplace or during the process of applying for DoD civilian employment.
