Title: Personal Commercial Solicitation on DoD Installations 
Abstract:

This rule establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and provides procedures for personal commericial solicitation on DoD installations, and identifies prohibited practices that may cause withdrawal of personal commercial solicitiation privileges on DoD installations and establishes notification requirements when privileges are withdrawn.
