Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for Two Arizona Gartersnakes (Northern Mexican Gartersnake and Narrowheaded Gartersnake)  
Abstract:

We will publish a revised proposed rule to designate critical habitat for two Arizona gartersnakes under the Endangered Species Act. These highly aquatic gartersnakes occur in riparian areas in portions of Arizona, New Mexico, and northern Mexico. The northern Mexican gartersnake and narrowheaded gartersnake are listed as threatened species.
