Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Texas Hornshell 
Abstract:

We will make a final determination on our proposal to list the Texas hornshell as endangered under the Endangered Species Act. This mussel species is found in freshwater streams in Texas and New Mexico. A critical habitat determination is addressed as a separate action (1018-BB35).
