Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Pearl Darter
Abstract:

We will, if deemed prudent and determinable, propose to designate critical habitat for the Pearl darter under the Endangered Species Act. This fish species is found in freshwater streams of slow to moderate current in Mississippi. We are developing a listing determination as a separate rulemaking action (RIN 1018-BB55).
