Title: ●Amendment to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations: Corrections and Clarifications | |
Abstract:
The Department of State is amending the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) in an effort to clarify recent revisions made pursuant to the President's Export Control Reform (ECR) initiative. This rule will also amend the policy pertaining to what information submitted to the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) is subject to public disclosure, clarify the policies and procedures regarding statutory debarments, and correct administrative and typographical errors. |
