Abstract:

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is considering whether to amend the test procedure for television sets. To inform interested parties and to facilitate this process, DOE has gathered data and identified several issues associated with current DOE test procedure on which DOE is particularly interested in receiving comment.
