Title: ●General Falsification | |
Abstract:
This rulemaking would restructure the falsification regulations presently located throughout title 14 and create a general falsification rule applicable to regulations governing Commercial Space Transportation. This action would harmonize inconsistencies among the various falsification provisions, including what constitutes falsification and the associated sanctions. It would also address parts of title 14 that are not covered under the existing falsification rules. The intended effect would consolidate the existing falsification provisions into a general rule located in one part of title 14 that ensures congruence among existing falsification provisions and provides coverage for areas that are not addressed by the current falsification provisions. |
