Title: ●Fatigue Risk Management Program (FRMP) 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would require that each air carrier conducting operations under part 121 must develop, submit, maintain, update, and comply with its FAA-accepted fatigue risk management program. This rulemaking is necessary to propose provisions in efforts to codify the statutory mandate in this regard. The intended effect of this rulemaking is to improve flightcrew member fatigue within operational regulations.
