Title: Revision of Method for Calculating Monetary Threshold for Reporting Rail Equipment Accidents/Incidents | |
Abstract:
This rulemaking would amend 49 CFR part 225 to update the method for calculating the monetary threshold for reporting rail equipment accidents and incidents. The amendments would effect a minor technical correction to the existing threshold calculation formula and would improve the methods for preparing the data that will be entered into the threshold calculation formula. |
