Title: New FRA Email Address for the Electronic Submission of Accident/Incident Reports 

This rulemaking will provide the new FRA email address, replacing the address that is currently identified in 49 CFR section 225.37(c)(1), for railroads that choose to submit to FRA completed accident/incident reports by utilizing the electronic submission via the Internet option. The new email address is:
