Title: ●Hazardous Materials: PIPES Act of 2016 Requirements for Identification Numbers on Cargo Tanks Containing Petroleum Based Fuel 
Abstract:

In accordance with the Protecting our Infrastructure of Pipelines and Enhancing Safety (PIPES) Act of 2016, PHMSA will publish within 90 days an ANPRM to take public comment on the petition for rulemaking dated October 28, 2015, titled "Corrections to title 49 CFR 172.336 Identification numbers; special provisions" (P-1667). Any comments, data, and information received will be used to evaluate and shape the proposals in a potential NPRM.
