Title: Authorized AbilityOne Distributor Requirements 
Abstract:

The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled (Committee), which is responsible for administering the Javits-Wagner-O’Day Act through the AbilityOne Program, proposes to describe and define the responsibilities and requirements of authorized AbilityOne distributors. This will clarify and transparently convey the expectations for companies that seek to become or remain authorized AbilityOne distributors.
